Bought a CLA250 2015 what a mess I first arrived to the dealership with a price range of 400$ a month for my payments after wasting 45mins looking around at cars i was told that this I first arrived to the dealership with a price range of 400$ a month for my payments after wasting 45mins looking around at cars i was told that this goal could not be met. A sales manager comes over rude as can be and explains there is not a car here that i can get you under 400$ a month. So i leave me and my wife go out to eat frusterated, dont you know i get a call back and they magicaly found a car for us. So we go back talk to the GM who finds us the car. Okay so great now i finally get to own a Mercedes Benz which i never thought i could. I have the car for 5 months and boom entire radio, bluetooth and computer system inside the car goes. I go to the dealership because when you call everyone has an atitude, they look at the car tells me the entire radio screen system needs to be replaced and its on a national back order.O great so your big Mercedes name and i cant even get the car fixed. So i leave about 1 week later the part somehow is in. Okay set up an appointment to get my car picked up since i do not live in NJ and both my wife and myself works as officers in Philadelphia. They pick up the car and drop off a loaner car, that was disgusting inside carpets a mess stains on the seats and just a complete mess. My wife calls the coreprate office and explains and actually takes a video of the entire car inside and out. End of the story for now my car gets fixed (for now) and i am waiting for some type of answer from the general manager my wife spoke to. As for getting my first ever Mercedes Benz the whole experience has been horrible with such a name like Mercedes i expected so much more. I will not go to Cherry Hill Mercedes for any more cars most of the people are ignorant and un helpful besides the person that picked up my car and the GM o and the sales person that sold me my car April who now no longer even works there. Thanks for ruining my Mercedes Experience i will be going to West Chester Mercedes for now on. More

Asked me to come into the dealership so as to have his personal attention. After less than 5 minutes he resolved all my issues. They now have a 5 star rating. Our 3rd Mercedes Lease - We love Ray!! We just leased our third Mercedes from Ray Iuliucci at Cherry Hill Mercedes (this is also our 5th car we leased from Ray, two of which were from anoth We just leased our third Mercedes from Ray Iuliucci at Cherry Hill Mercedes (this is also our 5th car we leased from Ray, two of which were from another dealership in the past). We followed Ray to Mercedes from another dealership for several reasons. Ray always bends over backwards to structure our leases the way we want them to look. We also trust that Ray is always providing us with the best deal possible. Additionally, his customer service skills are second to none. Whenever we have a question or need something, Ray is always there to assist us. If you are looking to lease or buy a Mercedes, ask for Ray. You can't go wrong. More

Poor experience I purchase Mercedes GLK350, 2015 model from Mercedes of Cherry Hill, NJ on 4/20/2015 and went there to pick up car at 5 PM on 4/23/2015 as promised I purchase Mercedes GLK350, 2015 model from Mercedes of Cherry Hill, NJ on 4/20/2015 and went there to pick up car at 5 PM on 4/23/2015 as promised by the sales representative Joe Zalof. I had most disappointing experience of my car purchase at the Mercedes of Cherry Hill, NJ that I want to share with you for appropriate action. I arrived at the dealership at 5 pm on 4/23/2015 for car pick up; however, Joe did not attend me until 7:30 pm as he was attending another customer. Joe completed my purchase paperwork at 7:30 to 8:30 PM, and spent 15 minutes about the car operation. At the time of car delivery, I observed that car was very dirty, there were birds droppings at the roof of the car and tires were full of dirt and mud. When I showed birds dropping on the car, Joe shamefully started laughing and said that he considered that as good luck. It was quite clear that Cherry Hill Mercedes dealer did not do detailing of the new car for delivery, It was getting quite late and my trade-in car was already taken by the dealer, I accepted delivery of the dirty new car but asked Joe that I will bring car back for full new car detailing delivery service after I return from my vacation trip on 5/10/2015. Joe assured me that he would get that service done when I return. After returning from my vacation on 5/10, I called Joe several times and left several voice messages for him to let me know when could I bring the car back for detailing and learning more about proper operations of the car. I also reported that 1) car was running at 100 degrees on the temperature gauge and if that was normal or abnormal, 2) car's garage door opener was not working, and 3) I had not received my car title from the dealership as car was fully paid. Joe did not return any of my calls. After waiting through 5/19, I call;ed the sales manager and reported my experience and frustrations of purchase of new car at Cherry Hill Mercedes dealership. He told me to bring the car to the dealership on 5/22. On my taking car to the Cherry Hill dealership, the sales manager got the car washed without any additional detailing. He also asked Mr. Diago to help me for various operation of car, Mr. Diago was quite helpful. Electronic verification about running of car at 100 degrees on the temperature gauge was not checked by any mechanic, rather sales manager showed me another GLK350 was also running at 100 degrees on the temperature gauge. He further told me that since I lived more that 15 miles away from the dealership, he can;t send anyone to fix the garage door opener operation and suggested me to call the Mercedes road service. I ended up arranging for fixing garage door problem at my own expense. My car title was sent to me by late-June essentially two months after purchase of car. I thought that I should share my poor and unsatisfactory experience at Mercedes of Cherry Hill, NJ so that Mercedes-Benz USA office can look into it. I have no plan to go back to Cherry Hill dealership for service as my past experience at Ray Catena Mercedes, Edison, NJ has been quite good. Sincerely, Mohinder More

Sales representative makes promises to entice you When a sales representative makes a verbal representation to a customer, and can not honor it, I believe, one of two things might happen. Either one When a sales representative makes a verbal representation to a customer, and can not honor it, I believe, one of two things might happen. Either one (1) he tells the customer he can not honor the representation; or two (2) he allows the customer to believe it will be honored; and have the customer find out later - after the "contract" is signed - that it was not honored. Needless to say, number two (2) is what happened here. Specifically, that excess mileage ( approx. $600.00) would be "taken care of" as part of a new deal. And as it goes, you guessed it - it wasn't taken care of and a bill was received from Mercedes Financial. When the sales representative was contacted, he denied that he made the representation; and to make matters worse, the Sales Manager upon hearing the complaint and reviewing the "contract/paperwork" expressed his unconditional trust in his salesman's "excellent reviews" as a basis for believing the salesman. Translation -- he didn't believe the representation was even made. By the way, that conclusion came after being reminded that the "paper work" did not mention anything about the excess mileage. Apparently there is a "form"! (How convenient !). Careful what you sign! Remember to bring your lawyer next time you "make a deal". So I ask you - is it more likely that salesman made the promise to entice the deal -or- the myth of the salesman's representation was concocted by the customer after the deal? Oh did I mention being a loyal customer of the Cherry Hill dealership for 30 years; and what I got from the Sales manager was" we appreciate your business". What a strange way of showing it, don't you think? More
