From the very beginning, speaking first with Carrie, then shortly after meeting JP and Jay, it was a very pleasant experience, I had no desire to pursue other options. This is a very customer friendly dealership. The folks I spoke to were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. JP always had prompt replies to my questions, even on his day off! He was also very patient with the quote revisions needed to ensure my company had the information needed to take over and secure the deal. A+ in my book! More

This dealership needs training on customer service! My husband and I purchased a 2013 C300 6 months ago. He purchased many warranties including the paint and rim warranty as well as some others. When we My husband and I purchased a 2013 C300 6 months ago. He purchased many warranties including the paint and rim warranty as well as some others. When we purchased the car there was a ding in the door. The salesperson indicated that he would make arrangements to get that repaired. After many emails and much contact we were unable to get a hold of him to get that repaired. After a little while my husband decided he would just deal with it since this dealership was such a headache to get ahold of. We have since decided to trade the car in because this dealership has been nothing but problems for us. In doing so, we decided to go back in and cancel all the extra warranties we purchased. I called the dealership 3 times leaving many voicemails and indicating the urgency around the situation that we had. We are in the middle of purchasing another vehicle and they are holding up the process as a result. We even personally went into the dealership and were told that the finance manager was busy. This was after many phone calls and voicemails. To think that there was no one else in the entire dealership that could help us cancel these warranties is beyond me. It makes sense because these warranties are paid out daily. So of course they want to delay the cancellation as much as possible. They were very quick to sell us this car, but now that we need assistance they are dragging their feet. I have called the mbusa corporate office and I have indicated my displeasure with this dealership. I will continue to give honest reviews because this is the worst experience I've ever had with purchasing a car. I never plan to own a Mercedes Benz ever again because of this poor excuse of customer service. My husband will be following up with this dealership today or tomorrow. We have had enough. I think the staff needs some serious training on what it is to be a good sales person with good customer service. More
bad service crazy high prices. very disappointing. My GL450 2011 was in the service 4 times within 2 weeks. everything was absolutely great until I checked my car in for a B service ($800).....couple o My GL450 2011 was in the service 4 times within 2 weeks. everything was absolutely great until I checked my car in for a B service ($800).....couple of days later the thermo and upper radiator hose broke and had to be repaired....2 days later the engine light was on again so I took the car to be fixed on the spot (45min). 4 days later we were stuck on a highway because the car got heated and died completely. Mercedes Cherry Hill doesn't take responsibility. They ask for $1000 to fix it. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go there. The service is not professional !!!!! it looks like they make more damage then help...... More
