Jackie had thorough, factual answers to all my questions and the price was right. I quickly decided to buy the car. An appointment was made with the finance department. They also did a great job and they were a pleasure to work with. Finally the dealership manager thanked me for my purchase. I am very happy with my Mercedes. In the past I have had ridiculous experiences with car dealerships from Nissan saying lady you can't "afford" a car here to Buick taking 30 minutes to figure out if they even had a car available for me.
