Today my brand new car ran out of gas on a major road and I used my SOS button through the MBrace package. From start to finish, service was seamless. Employees are the heart of an organization and at MB of Cherry Hill, service is consistently top-notch, whether you are dealing with the initial contact, Roger, whose #1 priority was to ensure my safety then walked me through the process of contacting the police, initiated the call and stayed on the line. Once he knew I would be safe, he transferred me to Angela to coordinate the next step of the process - getting the technician, Felix, to come out to help me the road. Felix went above and beyond and even corrected the root cause of the issue (aside from losing in a game of gas) which was the tire pressure warning blocked the gas warning on my screen. Thanks to everyone at MB of Cherry Hill for the amazing, prompt, and always courteous service. They made a potentially dangerous situation safe, and unpleasant at situation bearable. More

From the moment I made contact on line with Carrie to meeting Jackie in person at the dealership to look at the vehicles I picked out while on line, I was thrilled with the treatment I received. The entire process took no more than a couple of hours and I was on my way home with a fantastic car. There was zero pressure, no attempts to get you into a car you clearly did not want, nor was there any effort to steer you to something a little more expensive. So you would think you should just check in and depart each time it took over 30 mins. More
