Poor customer service I called in a day before to confirm my appointment with a loaner & i was told that all is confirmed. They didn't have my my loaner when i came in. I was there from 7:30 until 8:50am until the driver took me to avis for a rental. Horrible experience u like to the customer service you will get from cadillac & BMW. This dealership is not meeting the standard of a luxury brand since they are the only one in south jersey & you have no other option. They have poor hospitality from the service advisor to front desk when you pick up your car. You could just feel the employee dont have smile on their face & seems burn out. More

Great long distance buying experience I can't say enough about how helpful Carrie Godfrey was during my buying experience. She went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly.
