A very satisfied customer I have been a fan of the brand ever since 2012 since I purchased my first merc and recently have been eyeing the GLE coupe. I went in the service cent I have been a fan of the brand ever since 2012 since I purchased my first merc and recently have been eyeing the GLE coupe. I went in the service center just to get my cars side marker lamp fixed and during the wait was checking out the cars in the showroom. Sure enough they had a gorgeous 2018 red fully loaded GLE AMG coupe on display and I couldn't stop drilling over it. Meanwhile JR Llanot noticed me and politely asked me if I needed help. I told JR that I would be interested in leasing the vehicle if they were willing to work with me on the numbers. I must say that never before have i ever seen a sales rep work so diligently and with such courtesy. He answered all my questions to my utmost satisfaction and made feel at such ease. Long story short I went in to get my car lamp fixed and walked away with one of the best deals on a 2018 fully loaded GLE AMG coupe and I'm loving every second of driving this awesome vehicle. I can't thank JR and the team at MB of CH enough for their hospitality and teamwork in working with me getting the vehicle of my dreams!!!! More

All I get are excuses, the service manager never returns my calls, having an appointment means nothing. It is beyond ridiculous how bad the service at this dealership is. The Mercedes motto: The Best or Nothing is a warning for future customers. Expect nothing because that’s all you’re going to get. More

I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made sure I left with a smile. I was assisted by one of the sales rep Ron D. And he is honestly the best he was so honest with me that he made want to do business with them. I went to a few different dealership before purchasing my 2018 CLA and they made me the best deal. You can tell they care about their customers and that is very important especially when making such a big decision of purchasing a car. So I just want to screwam a big thank you to Ron and the whole Mercedes-Benz cherry hill staff for making my Christmas 2017. More

Cherry Hill being local, I gave a second chance for my second Mercedes when Diego sold me the second one. Diego's excellent services , I became a repeat customer to Cherry Hill Mercedes; Diego sold me three Mercedes in past four years. Two for mine and one for my son. Diego is knowledgable and honest. I typically do not expect that my sales person will have all answers at his fingure tips. He has an excellent ability to obtain the correct answer from appropriate department to my satisfaction. Overall the people in the dealership are very friendly and informative and they understand customers need. More
Worst Car Service Experience Ever Came in for 10,000 mile service on a Saturday. Was told it would take 1 hour and 10 mins. Took 2 1/2 hours. Service manager on duty was overwhelmed. I Came in for 10,000 mile service on a Saturday. Was told it would take 1 hour and 10 mins. Took 2 1/2 hours. Service manager on duty was overwhelmed. I stood there for 15 mins before he even greeted me. I needed the front plate put on the car which I made clear when I made the appointment and again when I came in. In the end they didn't put the license plate on the front and I was so frustrated I didn't even notice until later.!! The car sat for a long time b/c it needed to go through the car wash. The service manager told me next time to request a loaner car. I said I was told a little over an hour for the service. He said "oh they tell that to everyone" even though he ALSO told me that when I first arrived!! For me I don't live close by so it's difficult to try and come during the week. If you offer Saturday service then have a staff that can accommodate. It was such a frustrating experience. I am shocked at this kind of service from Mercedes. More
