Poor Service and Management Terrible incompetent service that is matched by incompetent management. Bought two cars here and will never buy from this dealer again. Had a nail in my tire, called parts and service to confirm that my exact tire was in stock. Confirmed twice. Service told me to come in and they would replace. Arrived at 9AM only to watch haphazard kids jump from one car to the next ignoring me and taking people out of order. Finally, helped after 20 minutes of waiting and told car would be ready in an hour or so. Inside covid precautions are seriously lacking. No hand sanitizer anywhere and customers without masks. You would think there was not a pandemic. Good luck to those employees who will likely catch something there. 2.5 hours later after standing out in the sun because the inside of the place was less than comfortable, I am told that actually do not have the tire in stock. They made a mistake and I am told to head home (30 minutes away) and come back tomorrow? Asked for a manager and a courtesy car. MB of Fort Wash. always provides courtesy cars. Told sorry no courtesy cars, but we can put you in a Lyft. A LYFT in COVID, really? Asked if someone could pick my car up tomorrow because of the mishap-- told no. Final slap in face was manager telling me he would give me a nice discount for the hours of wasted time and hassle. How much? $25 off of the $280 marked up tire. Too generous. Asked for sales manager, but she was too busy getting berated by another very unhappy customer. Called MB Fort Wash. and everything was as smooth as cake. Will never buy a car from here again and will tell everyone that I know not to as well. Service matters as does a response from managers. If you make a mistake, apologize and make it right. When you decide to offend the customer even more, you will lose him and many of his friends. Shame on me in some ways because this was the second serious screw up that I had with this dealer. I should have never come back after they tried to slip a new car with damaged paint past me before. More
Desmond Brifu is one in a million! He is such a breath of fresh air in the car leasing/buying process, very knowledgeable and personable. MB Cherry Hill sold me a “new” (what will likely be) lemon. Within one week of purchasing my new A220 a check engine light came on for a fuel pressure sensor that needed to be replaced. I had to leave work earl Within one week of purchasing my new A220 a check engine light came on for a fuel pressure sensor that needed to be replaced. I had to leave work early and wasn’t even given a Mercedes loaner for the three days it took to fix this. Five months later another check engine light came on. This time the diagnostic chip needed to be replaced. I had to wait three hours at the service department to have this replaced, and I had a vacation cut short to address this. One week later I go to close my moonroof and the cloth on the sun visor comes undone and gets stuck in the moonroof. It will now only open half way, and I’m hoping this will be covered under warranty. Another three hours or more of my time wasted. Five months of owning a “new” 2020 A Class and I’ve been blessed with two check engine lights and a malfunctioning moonroof. Kira from Mercedes USA said all I can do is “document” these issues and hope to eventually build a strong lemon law case. I’ve experienced more empathy from just about every other car dealer I’ve been to. The fact that a “luxury” vehicle is built with such cheap components is borderline fraudulent. I cannot believe that this dealership has a staff full of people who really do not care besides Amy (she’s in online marketing which sucks because she was so nice, I almost felt like she was a manager) I dealt with 2 different sales people and the attitude they gave me felt like they had something better to do. I understand staffing may be short, but the sales people always thought they were right. Brent verbatim told me that he has sold over thousands of cars and I should not tell him how to do his job, and I should have not put him on blast to the manager. If he has sold thousands of cars and I only bought 1, this being my first, shouldn’t the sales person ask me questions too, like when I would like to take delivery? Or how I would like to give my down payment? Nope. Brent only started talking to me and gave me his cell phone number after the fact I contacted the Yanni who is the manager. Yanni had told me he would get me the tracking number for FedEx so I can see when the package will be arriving to my house, but I never got the tracking number. They stated they would over night it on Friday, so I could have it by Saturday or Monday the latest. I got the paperwork in the mail sent to me, but they spelt my name wrong (they had my license on file, which is a government issued ID) I ended up canceling this deal because they all were just saying sorry to me and not really solving the problem. This dealership really needs to figure out the customer service aspect of their business. I ended up getting a call from Richard after I sent him two emails in the same day, the first email he did not contact me, but the second email I sent I told him to contact me, and the conversation did nothing for me besides a sorry, they lost the business and future business. Mercedes corporate will be involved for in this matter as well. More

Thank you Mercedes Benz U.S.A., and Rich, General Manager at the Cherry Hill store!! I lease a GLC SUV that I purchased at this store. I take the car in for service as scheduled, and I paid for the maintenance package in my deal. Anyway, today while in the area I noticed the passenger side windshield wiper blade was missing. The car is garage kept so I don’t know what happened. So I decided to stop by and see if Mercedes would replace the single blade: I also wanted them to check the tire pressure. I was approached by a young man, told him the issue and asked if they could accommodate me. The guy says that they don’t sell single wipers that I’d have to purchase a set. I told him that Mercedes installed new wipers at the last service, that the wipers were still good, very little use, and why would I throw away a good wiper. So he went around to several different people telling the situation, I couldn’t help but notice that these service managers seemed perturbed by my request, and it seemed as though my little issue was beneath them. As he spoke with the last service manager, for some reason, he came over to the car, lifted the wiper arm, looked at the end of it then went back to the manager. I don’t know what that was about. Anyway he said they wouldn’t replace the wiper blade. What would it have cost Mercedes to install a wiper blade?. More
