I cannot believe that this dealership has a staff full of people who really do not care besides Amy (she’s in online marketing which sucks because she was so nice, I almost felt like she was a manager) I dealt with 2 different sales people and the attitude they gave me felt like they had something better to do. I understand staffing may be short, but the sales people always thought they were right. Brent verbatim told me that he has sold over thousands of cars and I should not tell him how to do his job, and I should have not put him on blast to the manager. If he has sold thousands of cars and I only bought 1, this being my first, shouldn’t the sales person ask me questions too, like when I would like to take delivery? Or how I would like to give my down payment? Nope. Brent only started talking to me and gave me his cell phone number after the fact I contacted the Yanni who is the manager. Yanni had told me he would get me the tracking number for FedEx so I can see when the package will be arriving to my house, but I never got the tracking number. They stated they would over night it on Friday, so I could have it by Saturday or Monday the latest. I got the paperwork in the mail sent to me, but they spelt my name wrong (they had my license on file, which is a government issued ID) I ended up canceling this deal because they all were just saying sorry to me and not really solving the problem. This dealership really needs to figure out the customer service aspect of their business. I ended up getting a call from Richard after I sent him two emails in the same day, the first email he did not contact me, but the second email I sent I told him to contact me, and the conversation did nothing for me besides a sorry, they lost the business and future business. Mercedes corporate will be involved for in this matter as well. More

Thank you Mercedes Benz U.S.A., and Rich, General Manager at the Cherry Hill store!! I lease a GLC SUV that I purchased at this store. I take the car in for service as scheduled, and I paid for the maintenance package in my deal. Anyway, today while in the area I noticed the passenger side windshield wiper blade was missing. The car is garage kept so I don’t know what happened. So I decided to stop by and see if Mercedes would replace the single blade: I also wanted them to check the tire pressure. I was approached by a young man, told him the issue and asked if they could accommodate me. The guy says that they don’t sell single wipers that I’d have to purchase a set. I told him that Mercedes installed new wipers at the last service, that the wipers were still good, very little use, and why would I throw away a good wiper. So he went around to several different people telling the situation, I couldn’t help but notice that these service managers seemed perturbed by my request, and it seemed as though my little issue was beneath them. As he spoke with the last service manager, for some reason, he came over to the car, lifted the wiper arm, looked at the end of it then went back to the manager. I don’t know what that was about. Anyway he said they wouldn’t replace the wiper blade. What would it have cost Mercedes to install a wiper blade?. More

Didn't have the model and didn't seem to want my business I recently went in to this dealership wanting to test drive an SL 450. Wandered around the showroom and no one approached me so I went looking for a sales person. When I told him what I wanted to test drive I was told they didn't have any in stock and that one was due in to them in about 2 months. There was no offer made to try to find one for me and my impression was that he didn't think I was serious about buying. The next day I was at Mercedes Benz of Princeton and found my car and a far superior sales experience. MB of Cherry Hill take note: a single woman of 65 in your dealership is a serious buyer. You missed this opportunity and I will tell all of my friends. More

Went to purchase a 2018 E class Benz on 2/15. I was immediately impressed with the look of the dealership and I loved the car I came to see the minute I saw it on the lot. Unfortunately that was the high point of my visit. Myself and my uncle must have wandered the lot for 20-30 mins and not one person asked to help us although salesmen would look you right in the eye. Finally I asked a receptionist if someone could help us. She proceeded to ask for any available salesman to come to the lobby. Still nothing. After about 20 more mins past she still saw us standing and said “OMG no one has came to help you?”. That’s when she personally went into the rear and after a few mins our salesman came out. Vivian was very helpful I must say and he immediately got the keys and I got to test drive the car. Immediately I noticed vibrating whenever brakes were applied and slight vibration when driving at moderate speeds. This was disappointing cause they were advertising the car as a CPO. Any mechanic that certified this car should be immediately fired. Once we got back we informed the dealer of the issue. Was told since the car was under warranty still and it could be corrected but only after I brought the vehicle. Huh? Why would I buy damaged goods for 50,000+ When it’s a CPO? Needless to say I was disappointed cause I really wanted to buy the car so much so I had my financing already in my back pocket. I must say tho that the haggling process was fair and I felt we were trying to reach a fair deal for the car but the initial rebuke when I arrived at the dealership and the condition of the car during my test drive and to top it off to be told that if you buy the car we will fix the issue really stole joy of owning a Mercedes Benz. More
