We found the exact car we wanted at Astorg dealership and drove about 5 hours one way to get the car. Here are a few reasons we selected Astorg, was willing to make the long drive, and give an overall rating of excellent: We lost out on a car at another dealership because it took the salesman more than 24 hours to response to our initial inquiry. It worked out in our favor because we found a better deal at Astorg. When we contacted Astorg, our first conversation was with Tyler and he was genuinely honest and thorough in answering our questions about the vehicle and the price. He is a no-pressure salesperson who presents facts about the vehicle so the customer can make an informed decision whether to purchase the vehicle. Both Tyler and Gerry provided prompt, professional responses to our emails and phone calls. Gerry was very considerate of our time and worked to make the process was quick, efficient, and easy. Other salesmen asked us if we needed anything so we would have to say our experience was that all the salesmen were polite and friendly. Austin was also polite and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. He was patient in answering our questions. We had a hard time programming the garage door opener on our other vehicle so we asked Austin to walk us through that process. He did and said to call him if we had any problems. His instructions were very helpful and we were able to program the garage door opening on the first try. This was probably the best car buying experience we had from start to finish! More
