I scoured the internet to find a 2016 BMW 750I and came across one from Astorg. Their price was very competitive so I gave them a call. Steven and Tyler could not have been more helpful, genuine, and honest. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and we came to an agreement on the price of their vehicle. The deal was painless which is rare when buying a used car. Then comes the best part. I live about 5 hours from their dealership and Tyler/Steven recommended that we meet half way! I couldn't believe that they even offered to do this. Their commitment to the customer is unparalleled. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and this was the best experience yet. Together with Astorg's upfront fair price, Steven's helpfulness and full and clear responses were overriding factors in choosing to go on a family day trip instead of choosing a closer dealer. The only question was trading in our Audi Q5 to transition to a Mercedes. Steven and Larry helped us both to arrive at a fair deal we were happy to close.
