Great buying experience. After suffering a horrible accident involving a tractor trailer that totaled my car, I was in search of The safest vehicle I could find. We had researched and found that Mercedes had specific safety features on their 2017 cars. We headed to our local Mercedes dealership where Steven Reese greated me when I walked in. He was very nice and listened to all my concerns and immidiately went on the hunt for the car with all the features we wanted. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. It was a difficult deal because we were looking for special safety features on a specific car with a defined budget. He and his team at Astorg pulled it off though. Because of them, I will now be much safer on the roads and doing it in style in my new Mercedes. They did a fabulous job going over all the details of the car when we picked it up. The ultimate car buying experience My wife and I were looking for a “cut above” in searching for a new SUV. We had narrowed it down to the Discovery Sport and the Jaguar F-Pace and Brian walked us through each vehicle’s details, their performance abilities, and the aspects of each that most closely offered what we were looking for in a new SUV.
