Not your typical car buying experience I live in South Carolina but found the car that I was looking for at Astorg, 350 miles away from me. I hate dealing with car salesman because, for me, I live in South Carolina but found the car that I was looking for at Astorg, 350 miles away from me. I hate dealing with car salesman because, for me, it usually feels like they could care less about me being happy with the experience or the vehicle. They just are interested in closing the deal. I worked with Kevin and I found him to be truly interested in being a salesman that makes lasting relationships with his customers. He intuitively knows that it's not about closing single transactions but rather making a connection that will involve many transactions from his customers. After signing the paperwork, I came out to find Kevin speaking to my wife about common interests that we share outside of buying cars. I have never had this experience when at a car dealership. Not only do I love the vehicle that I drove 350 miles to get but I will definitely reach out to Kevin and the fine people at Astorg for future vehicles. The followup after the sale was another surprise because it wasn't a secretary or a letter that I received but personal contact from Kevin. Customer service that exceeds expectations I arrived at dealership unannounced to see the vehicle of interest in unprepared condition. To complicate issues more, my contact was delivering a ne I arrived at dealership unannounced to see the vehicle of interest in unprepared condition. To complicate issues more, my contact was delivering a new vehicle out of state. So you could imagine this situation would be confusing at best! Wrong, I was immediately greeted and taken to vehicle. It was as described to me online (I reside 2.5 hrs. away from dealership). The car was immediately moved to the detail shop. I was taken to the sales office, paperwork was filed, documents closed. The vehicle was cleaned, prepped full of gas and ready to go upon leaving the office. The remarkable part, it took only 1 hr. This is truly a large accomplishment that can only be performed by a group with excellent teamwork and experience. Job well done!!! I was truly impressed and will consider Astorg for any future purchases. Many Thanx! PS - While negotiating online for this vehicle - they offered to deliver vehicle to my residence 150 miles away. I wanted to preview it personally, This my friends is customer service at its finest. More
