They only care about selling a car, then you mean nothing I bought a Mercedes off of Astorg and they seemed responsive during the buying process. The salesman delivered my car and promised to have a "Concier I bought a Mercedes off of Astorg and they seemed responsive during the buying process. The salesman delivered my car and promised to have a "Concierge" call me within 2 days to set up the Mercedes app on my phone and help me go through things. The salesman also promised to look into the GPS system since it didn't come with the navigation card to see if it was supposed to. I never heard back, so I called the dealership and no one would help me. I got transferred from service to sales to concierge, back to reception, etc. I have contacted them 9 times and left messages and voicemails with every person I can and they refuse to even return a call! I've never been treated so poorly in my life, and this is a MERCEDES BENZ DEALER!!!!! They do not deserve to be in business the way they treat customers! More
