We met with Bob Slattery to purchase a 2006 Toyota Solara. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience - ever!. Very low key, very friendly, without any pressure. Absolutely no games, no bait and switch, no high pressure threats of the 'car being gone tomorrow,' or 'someone else wants this car, so decide NOW.' Just a set of adults deciding to buy a car. I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz. Jennifer Chung was my salesperson. She is the ONLY auto salesperson I have ever really liked. I felt that she was really interested in me and what I wanted and she wa my salesperson. She is the ONLY auto salesperson I have ever really liked. I felt that she was really interested in me and what I wanted and she was always available when I was in the process of making the purchase and called her several times. She was always able to answer my questions. I have 3 friends who own Mercedes and I have told all of them about Jennifer and encouraged them to stop going to Tysons to service and purchase their autos and go out and see Jennifer. I felt that we have a lot in common and I will definitely stop by and pay her a visit when I take the car in for servicing. More
Our experience overall in the Mercedes-Benz Chantilly dealership was exceptional. We were soon greeted by Bill, a wonderful gentleman who proceeded to provide us with all the information we needed as he walked patiently with us from car to car. We went for a test drive and he was 1-extremely knowledgable about the car and how it compared to its competitors 2-patient with all the questions and "back and forths" involved in deciding what car is right and 3-had nothing negative to say about my previous front runner BMW 3 Series, 328i convertible. Pleased with the first-class treatment we encountered, and impressed with the2011 C350, we decided to talk some business and get some numbers of how the financing would look like. That's when we met the Sales Manager Prince Addy. As if we hadn't received top class treatment already, Mr. Addy's policy was one of transparent communication and willingness to work with each individual's needs and situation to offer the best possible deal. This was further proved by his complete patience with us as we took about 3 hours to decide if this purchase was the right one for us. He delivered an unexpected deal and understood that it was an important decision we had to make for ourselves. Ultimately, we decided that it was and are 500% satisfied with the service we received and the deal we got on the C350. We recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in looking into purchasing a new Mercedes. More
Even though sales consultant Javeed Usmani is a relatively new employee at the dealership, he went above and beyond to make my buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible. He was extreme relatively new employee at the dealership, he went above and beyond to make my buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible. He was extremely pleasant and courteous and tried his best to provide me with as much detail as possible about the vehicle. He was upfront about the fact that he was a new employee and still learning the ins and outs of the different classes of new Mercedes vehicles offered by the dealeship. Furthermore, the information that he was unsure of concerning the vehicle I leased, he obtained support and assistance from his sales manager Mr. Prince Addy who provided me with the information. Mr Addy further assisted me in explaining the various financing/lease options available and made sure that I received financing that I was satisfied with. Mr Addy also assisted me in getting one of the dealership employees to assist me in getting my other vehicle home after my purcahse of my new Mercedes in that I could not drive both vehicles at the same time. All in all, I'd have to rate my buying experience at Chantilly Mercedes as excellent and I would have no problem recommending this dealership and it's employees to other family and friends. More
I have been shopping for a new car lease for 3 months and I had narrowed my choice down to two different car types. It was not a hard pushy sale as some other dealerships had done, but they made it work for me. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I had been searching for a vehicle for awhile working with Ms. Soska and she was always very patient and friendly. I really appreciate that she never, at any point in the process of purchasing my vehicle, was at all pressuring. It took many return trips but I did finally find the vehicle I wanted and I am VERY happy with it. Since purchasing the vehicle I have received many emails and phone calls from Ms. Soska making sure that I was happy with my purchase and asking if there was anything further she could assist me with. I would absolutely recommend, and already have to many people, using this dealership. I feel that they take very good care of their clientele and really have their best interests at heart. During the process of purchasing my vehicle there were some problems with the purchase price of the vehicle and as the consumer I feel that the dealer worked in my best interest in order for me to purchase the vehicle. I know many other dealerships would not have worked as diligently as they did to ensure this and I am very grateful. Prince Addy was instrumental in making all of the figures work and getting me the best deal possible. This level of service does not stop with Mr. Addy and Ms. Soska. We have three Mercedes-Benz vehicles in our family and the service department is also very wonderful. We have dealt with Mr. Berry, the service manager, on many occasions and he always takes great care in making sure everything is in proper working order on our vehicles. I know that I will enjoy my beautiful new Mercedes-Benz for years to come! I look forward to a long relationship with the representatives at this dealership and I know that when it comes time for a new vehicle I wouldn't look anywhere else. More
While just exploring, we met Jennifer Chung in the parking lot and she nicely asked if she could help. The combined sales work and handling by Jennifer and Steve was professional and not overly aggressive. They answered all our questions, presented our options, focused on our final selection and negotiated in very good faith -- in the way anyone would want to experience in buying a car -- or any major purchase for that matter. Jennifer's follow-through was superb. The way my wife, son and I were handled exceeded our expectations of dealing with a major car purchase and made a difference of whether we bought or not. And Prince serving as the chief financial officer for the sign-off could not have explained options better or more thorough without pushing any of them. All-in-all, this was a five-star sales and administrative effort. I am looking forward to working with the service department and now expecting the same! More

By far the best automotive purchase/lease experience, ever. Total time to sign docs, show car details, hook up bluetooth, etc. was under 90 minutes (I'd blocked out 3 hours assuming the worst). Freddie (salesperson) took as much time as I needed to show me all of the specs on the car. He even went the extra mile and downloaded the necessary info to sync my blackberry to the car.
