I purchased my car on Sunday 7/9 after I signed all papers and left for home following day I noticed there was no logo/emblem in the rear trunk lid and called right away and let sales folks know about papers and left for home following day I noticed there was no logo/emblem in the rear trunk lid and called right away and let sales folks know about the issue, they agreed to put those back, but it took about 9 days to get them installed after dealing with service department, which provided a poor service. I also had to compromise for the missing floor mat, between waiting for ever to get the original Mercedes-Benz vs non-original, which they had already in the store. Bottom line a good dealership is expected to perform a thorough health-check before putting the car on display for sale. More

Throughout my entire purchase they were extremely patient with me and answered any questions that I had about my new lease. Mr. Chowdhury went above and beyond to explain the features of the vehicle and even assist with the connection of my vehicle to my prehistoric phone. Mr. Addy, as always, insisted that he meet the needs of the customer as well as the needs and benefits it would bring to Mercedes Benz. And I can't forget my gratitude for Mr. Han during the final stages of the deal. Mercedes Benz has a power team with these three gentlemen assisting customers. The salesperson Nick Spahic was knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy which is a turn-off. He is the reason why I had five star experience and would recommend him to all.
