I am amazed at how an upscale dealership treats me with so much concern and appreciation - you'd think I bought an AMG! (or whichever is the $200,000 that I cannot possibly afford). Instead of sending me away because my situation was not ideal, they worked hard in making it work. I had 11 months left to go on a lease and it was very likely that I would go over my mileage limit. Freddie showed me my new car and Prince Addy made it happen. They are amazing! I will never buy another brand! Even though Sam Mingle had only been a sales person for Mercedes for abut a month he gave us veteran service. I have owned 5 Lexus cars and was about to buy a Audio 8 but decided to visit the Mercedes showroom for a quick look went Sam changed the game with his professional and low key approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a quality vehicle and the service to go with it. Good work to the Sales Manager "Prince" for a keen eye on a great hire in Sam. They make a great team. The transaction was quick with no hassles, not much waiting time and was courteous through out the time. I didn't realize that there was only one key with the car until Bill said he would order one for me to pickup next week. Unlike many other sales guys who just like to sell the car no matter what, Bill actually sold an experience. I am glad that we bought our car from this dealer. More

I described the car and told him we were about 30 minutes away. He had the car cleaned and waiting for us when we showed up. He has a great personality, and his genuine affection for the Mercedes brand was immediately apparent. He believes in the product he sells. My wife and I both remarked that this was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. No haggling, no waiting around forever ... we just picked the car we liked and started the paperwork. Afterwards, Freddie took his time to show us all the neat little gadgets in the car, and even paired my wife's iPhone with the car's bluetooth. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Benz. I purchased a new key for my ML320 for $150 and they wanted another $120 to program the key even after parts already told me that the programing was included in the price. The car was already in the shop for a recall and they didn't have the courtecy or decency to program the key while the recall was done and no loaner car. Awefull customer service for a 5 minute job. The epitome of a STEALERSHIP! To make matter worse, associate Emily Woods was so rude and actually hung up on me over the phone when I explained that Mercedes parts told me that there would be no charge to program. Unbeleivable customer service. No wonder Mercedes has such a bad name out there. Try another dealership or buy an Audi!! More
