I had visited and spoken with other dealers and sales people and was not happy so I called Chantilly. Being that I live in Washington, DC this was the farthest dealership I am happy I made the trip as th people and was not happy so I called Chantilly. I purchased a used, low-mileage MINI Cooper S convertible. I never saw this car in person and thus was hesitant. Ronnie Naman helped me though the purchase and shipping process. I felt like I got a great (fair) deal. Ronnie considered all requests and compromised along the way. I called him multiple times on his day off and he was more than happy to help. Once the deal was struck, Ronnie worked hard to get the paperwork taken care of in a very timely manner. Ronnie even drove the car to a local shop that I'd hired to do a pre-sale inspection. I was particularly impressed with the fact that everyone at the dealership attempted to work to get me the best price possible for the vehicle I wanted. Typically, I have found it to be a tiring experience to aquire a new vehicle with other luxury dealerships but both Rob Slattery (Sales) and Mak Khan (Finance Manager) made it clear so that my buying experience was smooth and hassle free. I have chosen an amazing new vehicle and am truly confident of the decision thanks to the smart men and women at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. When I was ready to buy another I naturally went to them and looked at there inventory, I looked and couple of nice cars but decided that I would expand my buying opportunity to the east and west coast to make sure I found the exact car I wanted. after a long search I found the perfect car at Chantilly Mercedes Benz, but of course I had the unknown of buying sight unseen via online. Enter Ben Hyland The sales rep. that responded to my initial inquiry. He was very easy going and informative. It wasn't long before I developed a trusting relationship with Ben and trusted him to be my eyes and base line for what I expected regarding the appearance and condition of the car I was considering. Your ads were very honest and pictures very reassuring but bottom line It was Ben that I decided to trust. It was one of the best car buying choices I have ever made. Ben helped me get a great price and helped me arrange for shipping which I had never done before, then on top of that he stayed late after work to make sure my car was loaded up carefully and inspected prior to shipping again he protected my interest as well as I would have done myself. This was my first online purchase and first with Chantilly and Ben but I know where to start the next time I start looking for a great car, or someone ask me where I got my car. It feels good to have taken this step forward in a new way to buy cars. We received our car as promised in perfect condition and The amount of comments from friends and neighbors on how nice it is, is overwhelming, Thanks again for the great service from Mr. Hyland and I look forward to buying again from Ben and Chantilly. I reasearched the car I wanted for three months. I approached 15 MidAtlantic dealers with a deal I knew was good for them and good for me. Five responded (eventually).
