I had visited and spoken with other dealers and sales people and was not happy so I called Chantilly. I purchased a used, low-mileage MINI Cooper S convertible. I never saw this car in person and thus was hesitant. Ronnie Naman helped me though the purchase and shipping process. When I was ready to buy another I naturally went to them and looked at there inventory, I looked and couple of nice cars but decided that I would expand my buying opportunity to the east and west coast to make sure I found the exact car I wanted. after a long search I found the perfect car at Chantilly Mercedes Benz, but of course I had the unknown of buying sight unseen via online. Enter Ben Hyland The sales rep. that responded to my initial inquiry. He was very easy going and informative. It wasn't long before I developed a trusting relationship with Ben and trusted him to be my eyes and base line for what I expected regarding the appearance and condition of the car I was considering. Your ads were very honest and pictures very reassuring but bottom line It was Ben that I decided to trust. It was one of the best car buying choices I have ever made. Ben helped me get a great price and helped me arrange for shipping which I had never done before, then on top of that he stayed late after work to make sure my car was loaded up carefully and inspected prior to shipping again he protected my interest as well as I would have done myself. This was my first online purchase and first with Chantilly and Ben but I know where to start the next time I start looking for a great car, or someone ask me where I got my car. It feels good to have taken this step forward in a new way to buy cars.
