Great Purchase Experience I have always dreaded the experience of purchasing a car and in this instance entered the dealership expecting the worst. I was greeted by Eric Carlso I have always dreaded the experience of purchasing a car and in this instance entered the dealership expecting the worst. I was greeted by Eric Carlson who immediately put me at ease. His style was accommodating and thorough. He listened when I talked, he heard what I said and he worked hard to get me what I wanted. The process was smooth, efficient and warm. I felt like I was being given a gift instead of chiseling a deal out of stone. Kudos to the team at Mercedes of Chantilly and super kudos to Eric who should be training others in how it is done. More

I took my car for a fuel tank wranty work, and they manage to break the car in mutlple areas. First of all, they called me day after I dropped off my car, saying by check engine light is on. I told them it was not on when I dropped it off. What are the odd that the CEL comes on within a day while they had the in their possession. They quoted almost $1000 to replae crankshaft sensors which should be around $500. After getting the car back, I noticed loud noise while driving next day. Took a car to another reputable shop. They showed me where the noise coming from where the dealer took off exhaust system to replace the fuel tank. If you don't want your car to be all messed up from this shot, stay away!! More

Once we arrived we walked around the lot for a bit and then Mr. Nick Spahic assisted us with our purchase. Nick was very helpful, honest and answered all of our questions. Needless to say I am telling all of my friends and family about how wonderful Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly is and the high level of professionalism and service we experienced. We will for sure be back again. More

The Sales Manager- Arthur Lauw, and my Sales Rep- Nick Spahic were the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had the pleasure of working with. This was definitely not the average cat and mouse game normally associated with purchasing a new car. They worked diligently to find the right deal for me and I never felt as if I was under any pressure to go forward with the deal. If you're in the market for a new Mercedes, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting MB of Chantilly, and do yourself a favor by asking for either Arthur, or Nick...... More
Stay Away When I was buying my car from this dealership I did not mind paying extra because I trusted these guys that I'll get a safe car with minimum problems. When I was buying my car from this dealership I did not mind paying extra because I trusted these guys that I'll get a safe car with minimum problems..oh how wrong I was. First, they told me that they replaced the driver's side door handle. After this "Mercedez-benz quality" replacement, every time it rained I would get water inside of my door. It was splashing like I had a full fish tank sitting next to me.. I had ti fix that problem but it was just a beginning.. After driving it for the first month or two I noticed that it is really shaky when I go over 60.. so I took it to the shop and they told me the struts were broken.. not a big deal.. i just replaced them.. but then I noticed that my front bumper started sticking out..I took it to the shop again..It turns out my bumper was holding up by a piece of STRING! It was a miracle I did not lose the whole bumper somewhere on the road. Apparently the car was in the front accident that the "professional" dealers at the Mercedez dealership did not know about. These professionals also did not notice how the pumper was not placed right.. The customer service person was shocked by what I told him but there was nothing he could do.. of course.. just keep selling cars like this and putting your customers in danger.. WAY TO GO! More

Buyer Beware BUYER BEWARE I purchased a Pre-Owned BMW 330i with 62,000 miles from the dealership in November 2013. A few months into ownership my rear window f BUYER BEWARE I purchased a Pre-Owned BMW 330i with 62,000 miles from the dealership in November 2013. A few months into ownership my rear window failed. I first inquired from my salesman Mr. Slattery whether or not the dealership could cover the repair of the rear window. Mr. Slattery said that they could not but would ask the powers that be. I learned that the pre-owned manager Matt DeCampo chose not to get involved or provide assistence. A month later while driving down the road, my engine shut off. After it being towed into the shop, it was discovered it needed a new crankshaft sensor, new struts and several disconcerning leaks. After $3,000 in repairs at their dealership yet another red signal has illuminaed. The brake light is now illuminated. When I purchased the vehicle they put on new front and rear brakes. Common logic would tell you that the vehicle should be taken back to the service department that fixed the front and rear brakes. However after speaking with Mr. DeCampo who said that the brake light could be any issue he would not allow the car to be brought in for diagnostic. I spoke with the General Manager Bert O'Neal who said that even though his service department put new front and rear brakes on the car that it is not covered for even a diagnostic check through his dealership. The car has now 67,000 miles on it with a multitude of past issues in 5,000 miles of driving. It has been a nightmare experience since purchasing this vehicle and just as poor of customer service from management. Do not expect this dealership to do anything for you. Just be forwarned that dealership is under the Penske automotive group and not a corporate ran Mercedes Benz dealership. More

The knowledge and personal service of Ben Hyland and his associates made I was in the market for a new luxury car and MB was one of my alternatives. The knowledge and personal service of Ben Hyland and his associates made the MB purchase easy. He was very familiar with all the models and the options and helped me decide on the E350. He assisted in the myriad of paperwork and in getting my USAA discounts. The rest of the support team was equally helpful in what could be a stressful situation. I have not had the car in for service yet, but hope that that department is on par with those I have encountered so far. More
