Which is exactly why I drove my family 5 hours from our home in NJ to trade in our 2015 C300 for a new 2017 GLE 350. We love our new SUV! The extra room made traveling back home with our 17 month old son a lot more comfortable. From the friendly & knowledgeable staff to the luxurious & immaculate facility, we are once again VERY impressed with this place! Absolutely worth the extra travel time and money I spent on gas and tolls. The people that helped us were Salesman Michael LaGuardia, Sales Manager Prince Addy, Finance Manager Jae Lee, and Finance Director Mak Kahn and it was our interactions with them that made this a very, fun, stress free, and enjoyable car buying experience. We got there late in the day on Saturday around 5:30pm and never once felt rushed despite the 6PM closing time posted on their website. Their website is awesome by the way, made it very easy to find the vehicle I wanted! This is now our 3rd Mercedes Benz and sure, I could have gone to one of my local MB dealerships, but the staff at MB Chantilly is what sets this place apart from any other car dealership out there. This is also why we fully intend to go back for our next vehicle too! More

After test driving the car I liked, the price was a little higher than what I wanted to spend. I met with Jennifer Chung, Sales Manager, and talked through my top dollar amount, and what I was really looking for. Jennifer was very helpful not only getting a price I was comfortable with, but being flexible with my trade in options. Buying a new car at this age (I am 25) is a big experience, but they made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me through the process. More
Worst Treatment to Potential Customers Ever This month I was in the market for buying a new car and was evaluating all options out there. I am not a car expert but I knew I was interested in upg This month I was in the market for buying a new car and was evaluating all options out there. I am not a car expert but I knew I was interested in upgrading to a luxury car. Among other options I wanted to visit Mercedes-Benz to have a look at what they had to offer; big mistake. I picked Mercedes-Benz Chantilly because it was closer to where I live; again, big mistake. The treatment I received was really disappointing to the point where I felt discriminated. I was there to learn more about the available models and be able to test drive one of my interest, however the sales representative did not put any effort on showing any car, nor explaining their features. The sales representative first reaction was: "Welcome, before I show you around let us see if you're eligible to acquire or lease any of these cars. By the way, how old are you, you look too young". "I could show you the cars and take you around but why would I excite you beforehand, I prefer to be straight because it's my job, I have had to break hearts sometimes so let's see if you're eligible first." As you can tell from this phrase she immediately suggested I couldn't afford to buy or lease any of the cars in the showroom which first is not true, and second that is not how you treat a potential customer. It's really disappointing to be mistreated in a branch from a renown brand. I was at BMW the weekend before and had a great experience, I though Mercedes would treat me the same way, clearly they did not. I emailed the branch manager because I considered very important for me to alert him about the poor customer service the show room has for him, as leader, to take action. It's been two weeks and I haven't received any answer, thus I think it's my responsibility to alert potential customers out there that they could be potentially discriminated in the same way either by age or race when visiting that branch given nobody at that branch was able to apologize for the uncomfortable situation they made me face. I don't want others to feel the way they made me feel. More

My son was in love with the car, it was his first. He said mom I will go ask. The salesman was sitting on his desk and rudely told my son I can only give you $ 100 off didn't bother to come and say it to our face. I guess being another nationality in Trump's America is a sin. We gave them another chance after we cooled off after having dinner in that area we called Matt the sales manager, he was very nice but didn't negotiate a dime. I told him about Terry he didn't sound surprised but definitely apologized. I asked him to put me on Alert if the price drops and drove back home. People don't have to be rude. They can say No nicely. I have been in this area for 35 yrs no one has treated me this way or my family. Also I asked him for carfax 5 times he said he will print and show us which he never did. More

I should have checked the tires first before leasing I leased a new 2017 C300 coupe 4matic after I was told this is an excellent vehicle in the snow and/or ice with the 4matic system and all season tires I leased a new 2017 C300 coupe 4matic after I was told this is an excellent vehicle in the snow and/or ice with the 4matic system and all season tires on the vehicle by salesperson: Freddie Hamad on 8-27-16. Almost two month of leasing the vehicle, I did not see written on the tires all season or M+S. With curiosity, I looked up the tires on (TIRERACK.com) website and discovered the tires are summer tires and not all season tires as stated on the window sticker standard equipment: 18" all season tires and what was told by the salesman: Freddie. I addressed this in person with Freddie whom appeared shocked and surprised, said to talk to his GSM: Prince Addy. The GSM told me he could not change the tires to all season tires and the window sticker should have stated: summer tires under "optional equipment" based on his factory order. I said to him why would you order summer performance tires for a vehicle with "4Matic" drive system instead of all season performance tires ? He said I could have either ordered all season performance tires for this 4matic coupe. He only made a copy of the window sticker I had with me and emailed the M-B window sticker department to inform them, they did not include summer tires no where on my window sticker. The GSM: Prince Addy, did not provide satisfaction in customer service. With complete disappointment, I now had to call Mercedes-Benz customer care and file a complaint. The complaint was sent to Mercedes corporate office, after two days of investigating Mercedes of Chantilly, M-B corporate "approved" me for a new complete set of all season HP tires. This also should have been resolved had the GSM: Prince Addy discussed this matter with his GM: Burt O' Neal about the tires and the window sticker issue. The A/S tires were ordered and installed on 10-26-16. Interested customers in a Benz, make sure the window sticker is true to all standard and optional equipment on the vehicle by checking the tires first, regardless of the Mercedes dealership. Also note: summer UHP and performance tires have "no snow or ice traction" even with the best 4matic or all wheel drive systems, summer UHP and performance tires are excellent on dry roads and very good on rainy wet roads only. Terrible customer service!!! Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly, Va We bought a C63S AMG and it was Certified Pre Owned. We live out-of-state and had the car shipped to us and we also as Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly, Va We bought a C63S AMG and it was Certified Pre Owned. We live out-of-state and had the car shipped to us and we also asked the sales rep Michael to tell us of any issues with the car from scratches to chips, etc. There were none as Michael said but When we got the car it was missing a red seat belt. All the others are RED while one was black. We were promised all season floor mats and did not receive those. When we tried contacting the the CPO manager we get no response. Matt only cares about moving cars off his lot and none about the customers. Also the car was never detailed before shipment of the car. So when i got the car I knew the outside will be dirty, but little did I know when i opened the door it was worse than the outside. After 2 months i have been trying to contact Mercedes of Chantilly and I don't have anything done. I can't even drive the car because the tax was payed by the dealership and the plate tag was sent there and I have not received it. My temp tag expired and now I am left with no car to drive. EDIT--- Michael helped me get a tag after 2 days and i have the tag, but the overall experience with Chantilly Mercedes was not great. YES the red missing seatbelt is not their fault it is an inconvinence for me to get it replaced. More
