Michael is the finest automobile sales representative I have encountered in my 45 plus years of buying cars. He is honest, professional, knows the product inside and out and as long as Michael remains in the business, I or my family members who have been clients of Michael will never buy a car from anyone else. While I have no doubt that I will love my vehicle, the buying experience alone is worth this 5 star rating and more! Sales Manager, Prince Addy and his remarkably experienced team, seamlessly guided me through the entire process. My sales consultant, Zabed Choudhry, was courteous, thoughtful and patient. He was extremely attentive and knew my car “inside and out”. His honest approach instantly made me feel at ease and ensured me that I was in the right place. Jae Lee, in the finance department was equally as impressive. He won me over with his professional and friendly demeanor. Thank you gentlemen for going above and beyond for me. I will highly recommend your dealership, as I am confident that my experience will that of others who visit you. More

The dealership's business office, however, failed to properly process my vehicle's paperwork and I was unable to drive my vehicle for over two weeks because they messed up the documentation needed to get tags. They told me that in Virginia you can only get temporary tags for 30 days and cannot renew or get new temp tags, so I couldn't drive my vehicle until they fixed the registration paperwork and we got it reprocessed. It seemed like they waited until the last second to send me the paperwork then dragged their feet on fixing the problem. Also, the bill of sale said in black-and-white that I had paid for tags but then they came back later and said I had to pay the tag fee separately. I'm not sure if they were not being completely honest or if they are not completely competent at what they do. So, this might be a fine place to purchase a vehicle, as long as you don't need to drive it and you have time to fix their mistakes. More

This go around was terrible, surprisingly enough with the same service advisor. Now I can understand why they are upset, due to my car having a flat tire and a possible bubble on the other as Freddy Diaz stated. I drop the car off at the dealership via tow for it to get fixed, I explained to him that I have tire and replacement coverage on the contract I signed for. Since I did not buy the car at that dealership the contract was not in the system. So I was asked to make a claim and to give the claim number, so I did. Two days past by, now what started with a flat turned into all my tires should be changed. Which is understandable due to the mph. but my contract only covers if something is wrong with the tire's. So Freddy Diaz idea was to persuade me of getting 2 new tires that I didn't need along with the 2 tires that are covered under contract/warranty. It seems he was trying to convince me to get 2 tires for whatever reason and though he requested for the claim number he didn't bother to call them to find out what was covered due to him stating that he didn't know what contract i was talking about. I politely ask him to just call the claim number I provided and they can explain it to him, either way he has to do that before any service is done. Getting to the point, I went up there to check the status. He said it would possible be done today but didn't give a time which is understandable. So I asked for a loaner, Freddy Diaz stated that he can get me a loaner in 15 minutes and ask if I would wait in the lobby. So I did, but I ended up waiting 2 hours and what's worse Freddy walks in the lobby after an hour and didn't even say anything. After the next hour I asked if my loaner was ready. Another service advisor help me because Freddy was at lunch. The other service advisor Chris Leary got me a loaner in 5 minutes. Driving back home in traffic a hour after I left, Freddy calls me and states that my car is ready. Very unprofessional and I never dealt with a service advisor like that. But at the end of the day, everything was covered. Thank you Freddy Diaz for all your hard work sir. More

Ripped Off After completing my test drive of a 2009 Honda Pilot, I purchased the vehicle. I was not able to take the vehicle home because it needed a fog light After completing my test drive of a 2009 Honda Pilot, I purchased the vehicle. I was not able to take the vehicle home because it needed a fog light replaced. I was told the light had been ordered and would be install with in 3 days. 1 week later, I pick up the vehicle and as the Zabed (sales person) goes to unlock the door, the key fab crumbles in his hand and now there is a crack in the windshield. I live in MD so I have the vehicle inspected only to be told it would not pass the inspection because of the crack, damage bushing and a rear hatch that would not open. I was told by Matt (manage) that they would not repair the damaged windshield because they don't guarantee MD Inspections. When I reached out to the VA station that passed the VA Inspection I was told there was no crack in the windshield at the time of the VA inspection 12/7/2017. I have reviewed all to the online marketing pictures of the vehicle and there is no crack in the windshield. Now I discovered that not only did they crack the windshield, they had it repaired as well, but MD will not pass a repaired windshield. So here I am 2+ months later with no tags and a vehicle I have to invest $300 in for replace a windshield Mercedes of Chantilly damage. Be very careful dealing with this team. If you are not spend $70,000+ on a vehicle ...you don't count. This is the short version of my nightmare. More
Terrible! DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES-BENZ, PERIOD! I bought a lemon (Mercedes-Benz ML 350) from this dealership and had several major components of the car fail within the first year. Really, I should I bought a lemon (Mercedes-Benz ML 350) from this dealership and had several major components of the car fail within the first year. Really, I should have insisted on having the car replaced but received pushback when I brought the subject up. The final straw came when the car shutdown while driving on a major highway (went dead) - luckily it was late at night and no other cars were on the road and my husband managed to steer the car to the shoulder. We had the car towed to the dealership and they again said nothing was wrong with the car. My advise, don't buy a Mercedes-Benz. I finally sold the car back to them at a loss. Peace of mind and my family's safety was more important than driving a luxury lemon. More

The manager did not seem apologetic, nor did he really acknowledge there was a problem. And they didn't even say we'll give you something for your lost time (even a little car discount). They're not professional. Stay Away! More
