He has a great personality and gave us good guidance while selecting features. The van was ready from us exactly when Alan predicted and he sat with us in the Sprinter setting up blue-tooth and showing us how to work the various options such as the dashboard, mirrors, seats, doors, rear view camera, etc. The dealership space was lovely: new, clean, professional with beautiful show case of vehicles.
