I orginally went in to have an older Mercedes SUV wind Put all of those myths you heard about car salesmen when you visit Mercedes Benz of Chantilly. I orginally went in to have an older Mercedes SUV window repaired. While waiting, I spotted an updated version of the GL-450. Started talking with Norrice Tucker whose desk was right next to the SUV and walked out at 8:30 pm that night with the new car. Although he was suppose to leave work at 5 pm, he actually stayed until my wife came and checked the vehicle out and helped me transfer everything from the old car to the new car. Normally I would not buy anything like this on impulse, but I got this feeling that Norrice was being very straight with me and never once tried to presure me into buying the vehicle. Suffice to say, about a year later when I was comtemplating what to with my teenage daughter who was learning to drive and needed a car, I got a call from Norrice checking up on the SUV (called me a few times over the first year). In conversation, I mentioned my car dilemma and he asked me to stop by at my convienence and he would show me some options. In short, he found me a beautiful used car that fit my budget. Norrice takes time to carefully listen to you and presents you with options. Never any pressure and is totally honest. To this day, I feel like I got a fair deal on both vehicles. More
