I took my S 430 car for some repair and service work to this dealer. At the first instance, Service adviser James Mani misguided about the work to be carried on my car and charged $1500 without fixing the this dealer. At the first instance, Service adviser James Mani misguided about the work to be carried on my car and charged $1500 without fixing the problem. I complained to the manager and GM about it but they also did not do any thing to resolve the issue. My feeling is that their service advisor is not technically competent and fooling the customers. I felt myself cheated there. This dealer is not trustworthy. More
