Lauren Lois SA was great and easy to work with and took me in fairly quickly. Brought GL550 back again for second service due to engine Oil and coolant smell after driving.. But tech working on car, r me in fairly quickly. Brought GL550 back again for second service due to engine Oil and coolant smell after driving.. But tech working on car, reported seeing oil from around filter area and manifold. Must be the previous benz tech didn’t clean up his work??since that was last time vehicle was serviced. Coolant issue was never addressed or on service report. Drove home and still have engine oil and coolant smell after driving again!!!!!! More
