Service was fine at this dealership. I took my GLC 300 for B Service. I just have one small complaint about the lady who took in my car, I wish I'd gotten her name. At any rate, she made a comment about m for B Service. I just have one small complaint about the lady who took in my car, I wish I'd gotten her name. At any rate, she made a comment about my car needing to be washed and asked me whether i wanted them to do that for me. I said I would (I didn't know that it was something that had to be asked for), but the only reason I remember this is because the tone sounded a bit judgmental. Which was fine, I probably would not have even remembered it EXCEPT that when I got the car back, there were splotches of dirt on the inside where the door meets the frame. The combination of her asking whether i wanted the car washed AND then not getting a completely cleaned car irked me for some reason. Maybe I'm just expecting too much, but if you want to strive for 5 Star service, maybe this will be constructive criticism. More
