The car was not washed properly there was dirt on hood and door the engine start knob was off sitting on the seat. I purchased 2 vehicles from Freddie in Chantilly, with a promise that the prepaid maintenance on the first purchase would be refunded shortly, since never used and cant be transferred…The first purchase was promise that the prepaid maintenance on the first purchase would be refunded shortly, since never used and cant be transferred…The first purchase was on Aug 31, 2020. I upgraded to another vehicle on March 2021, with of course another $1920 prepaid maintenance. Six months later I am still waiting for my Prepaid Maintenance check of $1920. Follow through seems to be a problem with this dealership. More
