He knows this brand better (in the valley) than any other service advisor that I have encountered at any of the Mercedes dealers outstanding service. The service manager was ok. Other than that, I was surprised to find out that there was a $30 charge for Fuel on the loaner car that was given to me. The charge was not mentioned once when they gave me the loaner. More
