Not Being familiar with the Mercedes Benz cars.My wife and I stopped into M.B of Chandler, where we met Peter Thoesen. We thanked him and left.During the visit there, he made us feel relaxed and were never pressured to buy anything. A few weeks past,Peter kept us in mind when dealer received a gorgous used trade in with very low miles. We went down to look at the car,test drove it and took it home that night. Thanks to Peter Thoesen and Mark Powell for a most stress free purchase. They can make dreams comes true.I now have one of my dream cars thanks to them. Peter worked very long and hard to find the vehicle that I had been searching to find. While I was aware that the vehicle that I was looking to find, was about like trying to find the proverbial needle in t I had been searching to find. He managed to find that rare vehicle that was both optioned exactly as I wanted, and a color combination that I was pleased with as well. This is the second car I bought from them amd from Peter. I bought an E550 last year and upgraded to an S550 this year. Peter is the best salesman I ever worked with. My experience with Jeff and Mercedes-Benz of Chandler was more than I expected. I was looking for a specific color/model of MB and Jeff went out of his way to help with finding the vehicle I was looking for more than I expected. This dealership has excellent customer service and goes out of their way to make the car buyer comfortable with the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. I am happy to say that Jeff was professional and did not have the "used car salesman" syndrome we all dislike so much! The dealership is friendly and with awesome customer service from everyone working there. As far as I am concerned, I was given a screaming deal on my trade-in and on the price of the MB I purchased, I just don't think I would have gotten a better deal anywhere and just couldn't be happier with my new (used) MB!! I drove down from Scottsdale having been referred to Todd and the dealership by a friend. When I arrived at the dealership Todd welcomed me and was ready with the two GL450’s that we had discussed over the and the dealership by a friend.
