Mercedes Benz of Chandler is the best Benz dealership I have visited. The main reason is because of the saleslady that helped me. I had planned on purchasing a new car from a competitor and just stopped i have visited. The main reason is because of the saleslady that helped me. I had planned on purchasing a new car from a competitor and just stopped in on a Sunday to look at cars. A very knowledgeable saleslady named Terres Martori came out to welcome me. She was so interested in helping me and making sure I would find the right car. Because of her great help and personality I returned and bought a new SLK 350 the nest week. Great car and Great dealership and best of all a GREAT sales rep. Thanks to Mercedes Benz of Chandler and Terres Martori. I am going to order a new 2012 SLK in July. Guess where? I was afraid to go into a beautiful facility like Mercedes Benz of Chandler. My credit had been challenged. Until I met Terres. Everything went smoothly and I now have an older Benz. Next came se Mercedes Benz of Chandler. My credit had been challenged. Until I met Terres. Everything went smoothly and I now have an older Benz. Next came service with Nate. WOW he treated me like gold. He knows what he is talking about. Shumacher tried to "rip" me off with a $1500.00 bill and Nate reassured me he would "dig" into my problem and only fix what needed to be fixed. Two days later, im in my Benz with no more problems. More importantly,a service bill of only $200.49. Other dealerships should be as lucky as Chandler to have two exceptional employees. I have already sent three of my friends to Nate Rogers. Each one has come back happy! More
