I brought my E350 for service. I had a couple of minor complaints. Kim Pinto greeted me immediately, and listened to my concerns. While I was waiting for my ride the technician, Mike Haas, approached me and asked me questions about an engine noise I heard intermittently. I have never had a technician meet me and listen to my concerns prior to dealing with Mike. I had dropped the car off at about 7:30 in the morning. At 11:00 am, I received a message directly from the technician advising me that he found the source of the engine noise, and it would be repaired. I have brought my car in three times prior after purchase, and each time I am impressed with the level of service I receive. I highly recommend Kim and Mike as well as Chandler MB when it comes to customer service and quality of service. More

We can't say enough about this dealership and the three people that worked with us. We had just come in to look not really thinking of purchasing on this Saturday afternoon and then we met Terres Martori people that worked with us.
