Last week, I found a vehicle on your website, and contacted your Dealership. Terres answered the phone and gave me all the information I requested. She was very informative, and was able to help me secure the transaction in a very quick and efficient manner. I must tell you that it had been awhile since I purchased a vehicle, and had never experienced all the hoops one must jump through nowadays with all the fraudulent activities. Between Terres and Vicki, we were able to complete the transaction in less than 36 hours from initial contact. Words cannot really describe how much I appreciate the level of customer service both Terres and Vicki showed me. They are both, TRULY, assets to your company!!! My wife was determined to hold on to her Lexus until it had 300,000 miles on it even though it was 11 years old. Even though I could tell that she loved the Mercedes GLK 350, she still wanted to wait. Jeff was very patient with her and did not pressure her. She test drove it several times before selecting it over the BMW X3. I am certain if he had tried to pressure her in any way that not only would she have not selected the GLK 350, but she probably would not have wanted to purchase any vehicle at this time. More

I tend to replace new cars every two-three years, I therefore have a lot of service examples to draw from. The staff were very friendly. When I purchase a car, I know what I want, and I know my budget. They worked with me and answered all of my questions. I took the Mercedes SLK350 into the garage to have an intermittent door locking noise fixed. The door locking noise had become alarming to my wife so I was determined to have it fixed. I had confirmed th intermittent door locking noise fixed. The door locking noise had become alarming to my wife so I was determined to have it fixed. I had confirmed the noise it made when I drove the car several days before I made an appointment to have it fixed. On the day of the appointment the noise stopped but I still took it into the dealer to have them analyze the problem and fix it. Kyle Wickwire was my consultant at the dealership. I explained the problem to Kyle and he fully understood my problem. Kyle was very understanding of the problem and even though the problem was still an intermittent one he knew that it could be fixed. After an overnight stay, the mechanic was able to duplicate the problem and replaced the Lock actuator which resolved the problem. When I picked the car up from the dealer it looked like a new car even though it was 6 years old and the door lock mechanism was quieter than when the car was new. More

The VIP treatment did not stop after we sighned the papers, Jeff walked us through every amazing feature our new car had to offer and called us later in the evening to see if we had any additional questions after getting our new Benz home.
