In response to your first concern, Dealer Rater has one of the most technologically advanced system in place to insure the integrity of our clients valuable feedback only comes from actual customers. The comments you read, positive or otherwise are the thoughts and voices of our clients only. Secondly, I want to apologize for our lack of sufficient communication regarding the diagnosis fee. On some concerns, there may be a diagnostic fee if the Certified Mercedes Master Technician will need to spend extensive time trouble shooting a client’s concern. This fee is always applied to that repair if the customer chooses to have the repair performed. This charge is never $70.00 per line, nor do we charge a diagnosis charge of $70.00 or any amount per customers concern. We use an industry standard guide for all diagnosis and repairs performed so that we are always on track and generally less than our competitors pricing. This is how we maintain a market leading customer satisfaction score from the manufacturer.
