Over the Past five days I’ve been trying to purchase a BMW X6 M that I found online, I was first contacted by Christopher (Chris) Parks a sales consultant representing mercedes Benz of Chandler, a Penske BMW X6 M that I found online, I was first contacted by Christopher (Chris) Parks a sales consultant representing mercedes Benz of Chandler, a Penske automotive group dealership. I explained to Chris I was an out of state buyer who was interested and making a deal over the phone and have the vehicle shipped to NJ, 6 hours later Chris is emailed me over a proposal with a shipping quote included at $2,150, I told Chris I would much rather handle shipping on my own as 2,150 is extremely high, he re assured me it’s an estimate that’s extremely high because he could always go down and he just does how he’s told. I’m a New Jersey resident registering the car in New Jersey, Chris someone still included wrong sales tax , about $1200 I explained to Chris that sales tax in New Jersey is 6.625%, he then followed by saying he would get with his manager and get back to me as he’s just follows orders, three hours goes buys and I receive a phone call from the sales manager Prem Daniel Lawrence he introduces him selfs then says am I aware of the county tax in the state of Arizona, I advised him sales tax and tax are for motor vehicle are paid based on the state and county you reside, & if you pay cash a dealership doesn’t even have to collect state sales tax, Prem says he will look into this and have Chris send over new proposal, 45 minutes later, I receive a phone call from Vicky finance manger, she asked me for birthday and claimed she needed my birthday to calculate sales tax 🤨 I never heard of such thing I give Vicki what she needs and Shake my head.. another hour or two goes but I give Prem a call to follow up with him as I still haven’t received any updates he assures me mr parks will get back to me, finally hear back from mr parks, he explain he was very busy but had the proposals and would like to do the video walk around for me but the sun is going down and would do it first thing in the morning. Later that evening I submit credit application and all correspondence needed for financing two days later I hear back from Chris stipulations have been met financing is obtained Tell me the rate and payment I tell him rate high he says again he’s just given me what he was told , I speak to Vicky I explain I feel like the interest rate was marked up two points she says no not two just one lol, next day I decide to have the vehicle get a pre purchase inspection by a bmw dealership since I’m purchasing this vehicle sight unseen , sure enough vehicle gets to bmw, end of business i receive a text with the report and a link to pay, This is what was found, Primary]: 99WARINSP - PERFORM COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLE CONDITION INSPECTION PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH RESULTS UPON COMPLETION. $0.00 [Primary]: 52BUYERINS - PRE-BUYERS INSPECTION. MECHANICAL INSPECTION AND ESTIMATE. $330.00 Battery Replacement: found 12v battery at 67%. undervoltage faults stored. battery voltage showing decline over 5 day period. recommend replacing 12v battery, register change, retest. $420.00 [Other]: NVLD faults stored. advise diagnosis as concern may cause check engine light $175.00 [Other]: found both rear air struts leaking. recommend replacement. $1713.02 Tires - 2: found puncture in RF tire. recommend replacing both front tires for best matchup $896.00 Printed on August 25, 2020 Quote expires on September 24, 2020 Subtotal $3534.02 Shop Charges $39.95 Tax $179.00 Total $3752.97 I advise Chris of the faults I found and stated this vehicle would be seem unfit and will not pass inspection he states well we’re not fixing it and if the car turns on battery don’t need to be replace etc, and he says vehicle can’t have all those things my shop looked over it it passes inspection,so I ask h would you put your kids in a car like that ?, I’m shocked and appalled that this is how a penskee dealership, well stealership operates, once again he tells me he’s just doing as he’s told, he a waiter and just takes order.. so I’m assuming when management says sell the damage vehicle Chris goes right ahead and sell the damaged vehicle because he’s apparently a robot and just does what he’s told, running people lives to better his. Also, I’m not looking for a call about this, nor am I looking for a reply to what I’m posting, but I feel that people should know who they’re dealing with, if they choose to read this. More

Steve was a great service contact. The Service team did a great job of changing my oil and inspecting my car for $339. Steve noted that fixing my glove box would cost $1,000 to fix a inherent M-B adhesiv a great job of changing my oil and inspecting my car for $339.
