David Burr, our salesman, answered all my questions - in the showroom, over email, over the phone, via text - in a timely and professional manner. He worked with me to get a price we were both comfortable with and was very generous with his time when I picked up the car. Additionally, William Ball - business manager - was absolutely a joy to spend money with :-) Informative without being pushy, and the best sense of humor ever! We have purchased many MBs, but this was by far the best (and most fun) experience to date! More

I was searching for a smartcar for my brother, when I located one at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I called Bob McGuire and he walked me through the process, the loan application, and approval. I drove from Columbia, S.C. , and got lost in Cary when the GPS signals dropped. Bob came to where I was and lead me to the dealership. The deal began on Monday and I was signing the papers on Wednesday. My brother picked his car up and has been grinning every since. The service is great, they are very helpful, and willing to walk you through every step of the way. That kind of service is unheard of now days! More

I would say all in all it was under 2 hrs. to purchase the car and that was with a long test drive. There were no games and no pressure tactics.
