As we couldn't find one with our specific requirements (not for a lack of Richard searching) we ended up ordering a new one. It arrived just when we expected and Richard kept us up to date on the status of our build. Once it was here, he took us through all the features and handed us the keys to our new Mercedes. It was a great experience and we are delighted with the car. Thank you Richard for a job will done. More

From the time we called to inquire about a certain vehicle until our travel to Cary we was always keep informed. Our salesman, Bert Bowers, was the best salesman we have ever had in buying a car. His personally shows how much he enjoys his job. He always answered our questions and explained the car and all of the features very well. He took us to the different departments within the dealership and introduced us to many of the employees. We really felt like he was a long time friend after a few minutes with him. Ive would have no problem coming back to Mercedes-Benz of Cary and Bert Bowers in the future even though it is a 3 hour trip for us. She knows I travel a lot and she told me my car was not safe to put on the road. Not sure anybody else would have done that to the degree that she did. She was genuinely worried about my safety.
