Harry did an excellent job in finding us the MB SUV we wanted. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Harry was polite, friendly and straight-forward. He deserves five stars. We were, however, surprised by MB of Cary after our deal with Harry was completed. That surprise was effort to promote various "add-ons" to the purchase price for items that we assumed would not be necessary when purchasing a luxury SUV from MB.
