Every aspect of the process was clearly stated, we were able to hold the car for a refundable deposit, which they didn’t even charge us for, and everyone we worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable. Both Gary and William are Mercedes veterans, and they act as if your being welcomed into the family. Whether our next used purchase is a Mercedes or not - we will be going there first. More
