But after being disappointed in ride and com DAN KEENAN made our purchase an excellent experience. I honestly had no intention of buying a MB GLC300. But after being disappointed in ride and comfort of the new Alfa Romeo, disliking the overly-techie Volvo XC60, and Range Rover & Audi Q5 prices being ridiculous, my husband convinced me to visit MB of Cary. I saw the color combo that appealed to me, Dan brought it to the front, I sat in the driver seat, and that was that. Didn't even need to drive it to be sold. Sporty exterior (LOVE the grill) and doesn't look like a mom-mobile. The ride is smooth, drives tight in sport mode, and the cabin is incredibly comfortable. Dan spent lots of time with us explaining the features (which he knows very well) and never pushed us in any way. It was a conversation, not a script, and I liked that. Sam and Becca in the Parts & Service Dept. were great as well and gave me good tips about free carwashes, the wheel & tire package, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAN KEENAN AND MB OF CARY. More

Well that was easy! To be completely honest, I rarely write reviews, especially if someone tries giving me the guilt trip about needing a good review or some form of cons To be completely honest, I rarely write reviews, especially if someone tries giving me the guilt trip about needing a good review or some form of consequences will follow. I'm happy to say that I have the pleasure of writing a well deserved review as I was genuinely satisfied and impressed with our car buying experience this week. We've purchased no less than 10 vehicles in our time and I cannot remember a time where I felt less pressured to buy a car. That still amazes me given we strolled in close to closing, near Christmas, and towards the end of the month, which I assumed was the time any dealership would be mounting a full-court press to close a deal. From the very beginning, our sales person (Matt Chambliss) was extremely professional and effectively/efficiently put us in the seat of our new (to us) car. It was certainly no surprise to hear Matt is a Marine (former active duty) and he continually demonstrated his skills anticipating our questions/requests and satisfied each and every one. The cherry on top was resolving something that I had mentioned, but wasn't written in our deal, just because he knew it would drive me crazy. Other people may not have noticed the thing that was bothering me, but Matt understood that it didn't matter what other people did/did not notice. We were buying the car, we noticed it, so Matt had it corrected even though we didn't press for it after signing the papers. We also had a pleasant experience with William who stepped in to wrap up the deal and put a bow on it. Well, actually Matt had put the bow on the car, which made for a nice photo opportunity for my wife. Thanks again Matt, William, and MB of Cary! More
