During the course of the day, he was courteous and demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. He has gone above and beyond to delight the customer and I was incredibly pleased with my purchase at the end of the visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and left Mercedes-Benz of Cary smiling.
