After a considerable amount of time of test driving and reviewing most every imaginable option that my wife and family may or may not need and/or potentially use, Donna was consistently attentive and patient in assisting me with my new car buying decision. Her no pressure persona and extensive product knowledge put me at ease during the entire purchase experience. Donna took the white-glove service that might be expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealer to the next level by thoroughly comparing various options on numerous vehicles available in inventory, both online and on her lot. I feel that Donna was able to present my pricing expectations clearly to the Sales Manager Michael Langlois who was direct and very fair at negotiating an acceptable price on a 2018 GLC300. While in finance, I was able to work with Business Manager William F. Ball, III who skillfully guided the financing approval process efficiently without any expected "up-sells". William's experience at this position was apparent by his masterful ease at navigating every nuance of paperwork. Gary, Neil, and Rakesh took the time to understand what car was going to give me the best value while giving me all of the options that I wanted. We looked at many Mercedes models but I finally decided on the E300 and what a car it is.
