The e-commerce manager was great in hooking me up with salesman Bob McGuire. Bob was great. He answered my questions truthfully. He had my new Benz ready for me the next day when I went to pick up. Donna took the white-glove service that might be expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealer to the next level by thoroughly comparing various options on numerous vehicles available in inventory, both online and on her lot. I feel that Donna was able to present my pricing expectations clearly to the Sales Manager Michael Langlois who was direct and very fair at negotiating an acceptable price on a 2018 GLC300.
