Brad gave me a couple different options that all met the criteria that I wanted so all that was left to do was make my choice. I was in and out of the dealership within a couple hours and was by far the best car buying experience Iv ever been through. Brad is super upfront with the facts and you will leave with a new Benz and even more importantly someone who you can call a friend. If you are in the market for a new Benz, you gotta go to Mercedes Benz of Cary and ask for Brad. More

Very good experience Short story, I was looking at a CLS 400 at Leith AF, that didn't work out for me. Then I found a CPO E350 at the Cary location. The staff offered to Short story, I was looking at a CLS 400 at Leith AF, that didn't work out for me. Then I found a CPO E350 at the Cary location. The staff offered to have the car moved to AF so I could look at it but purchasing the car from AF would negate the CPO. So the car had to be delivered back to the Cary store. That was a little delay there. Getting to Cary is a bit of an inconvenience but I made it work because I was very interested in that particular E350. After a few issues were cleared up on the car we were able to move forward with the purchase. This is my THIRD E350 from Leith. My sales guy in the Cary store was awesome. Thank you Rakesh for taking care of me.. And a shout out to the Leith AF team on Capital, Clare, Jack, Stephen and Charles. They were all so very friendly and great to work with. More

Good car buying experience First of all, this dealership had a pretty good inventory and we had multiple options in the kind of car we were looking for. Car buying can be confus First of all, this dealership had a pretty good inventory and we had multiple options in the kind of car we were looking for. Car buying can be confusing and overwhelming and we spent quite a few hours at the dealership. But Alex was patient with us and encouraged us to test drive all the cars so we were absolutely sure of our purchase. He went over all the details about the cars we tried which helped us make the decision. We tried a few dealerships in town and this was by far a much better experience. More
