When I walked into the Mercedes dealership “just to look,” I wasn’t sure what to expect because while I was in the market for a new car, I didn’t know When I walked into the Mercedes dealership “just to look,” I wasn’t sure what to expect because while I was in the market for a new car, I didn’t know what I needed—I’m so glad Alex happened to be available to help me! His no pressure approach made me feel comfortable to test drive several cars and he was so knowledgeable about each I didn’t feel the need to go home and do additional research. When I finally decided on a model a few days later, Alex and the finance team were super accommodating by getting the paperwork done quickly and painlessly. Brad gave me a couple different options that all met the criteria that I wanted so all that was left to do was make my choice. I was in and out of the dealership within a couple hours and was by far the best car buying experience Iv ever been through. Brad is super upfront with the facts and you will leave with a new Benz and even more importantly someone who you can call a friend. If you are in the market for a new Benz, you gotta go to Mercedes Benz of Cary and ask for Brad. More
