A pleasurable purchse experience. I was a little nervous about my first Mercedes-Benz purchase and having dealt with car dealers in the past, I was prepared for a less than pleasant ex I was a little nervous about my first Mercedes-Benz purchase and having dealt with car dealers in the past, I was prepared for a less than pleasant experience. Salesman Deshone Drummond proved that my anxiety was unfounded. HE IS THE MAN!! Professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, he made the entire process from test-drive to delivery an absolute pleasure. He and Business Manager, Al Reci handled a glitch in my financing with one phone call. If you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, go to MB of Caldwell and ask for Deshone.......you will drive off with a smile. More

The experience there is like no other Jonathan Murphy was my sales rep and he was the best and helpful At finding me a car that accommodates my family 100%. Jonathan Murphy went above and beyond for me and making my experience 100% satisfaction ! Last but not least finance department Al Reci was one of the best I ever dealt with he got me approved for the loan which any other dealership told me I had no chance this guy has power. He went over the paperwork Word for Word and save me lots of money! Thank you guys! By the way they are the cheapest around. More

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME!! The reviews here look great but on Google the last 5 of 6 reviews all recommend to STAY AWAY! I spoke on phone with salesman Michael Napurano and mad The reviews here look great but on Google the last 5 of 6 reviews all recommend to STAY AWAY! I spoke on phone with salesman Michael Napurano and made offer of money down, 60 months term and needed $650.00 per month if they were interested in making a deal on a 2012 CLS 550. He said let me check and called me back within minutes to say that "We have a deal. When can you get here to take delivery?" We set up for two days later. In meantime I provided a credit app. and arrived at a pre-set time 2 days later. Sat 1.5 hours waiting to get to see the finance manager to sign paperwork. We live in Toms River, 1.5 hours away which Michael was aware of. Had wife and child with me as well. Finance manager utters the first words "we have a bit of a problem. We will need to get you 4.9% financing instead of 3.9%. Even if we got you 3.9% your payment would still be $667.00 per month, $17.00 more per month then the deal." I couldn't believe that they were telling me now that I arrived to pick up the car and sign the paperwork! I went back to salesman and said "didn't we have an agreement in advance for this car?" and Michael said "$17.00 extra per month doesn't sound so bad to him". Then he added "this happens all of the time." The finance mgr. while standing next to me asked me "who made you this deal?" which I then pointed to Michael. The finance mgr. then asked "after you made the deal with Michael, did you contact anyone in finance to confirm that this deal could be completed?" at which point I was done with these two CLOWNS! I sent my wife and kids out of the dealership and left by shouting a few choice words to the awesome salesman and finance manager who seemed to both be equally incompetent. Never did any sales manager or General manager ever enter to help with anything. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS! They have recent new ownership, new GM and have gone back to the days of old of getting you to come to the dealership so they can screw with you! More
