We visited other luxury dealerships, and, as two casually-dressed young people, felt that we weren't being taken seriously. From the moment we walked into the Mercedes Benz of Caldwell dealership, we were treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. Richard and his sales manager, George, worked hard to accommodate our unique situation. They helped us mitigate the financial strain of having two leases at once, offering the best deal on our new car, while managing the process for us of returning our old car and rolling our remaining lease payments into our current ones for an ease of payment that we were looking for. We test drove several different models on two different occasions and the team was more than patient with us while we made our decision. Once we made it clear that we wanted to move forward, they gave us the absolute best deal they could, eliminating the back and forth of the "negotiating game" that you typically have to play. We made our decision at 8PM on a Friday night, and due to the hard work of Richard and the team, were able to pick our car up the next afternoon. We absolutely LOVE our new GLE550E Hybrid, it's a fantastic car, and we had a great experience throughout what can, in some situations, be a stressful, timely and arduous process.
