Best car buying experience/sales associate yet! As soon as I expressed interest in purchasing a MB, I was recommended to go right to Jonathan at MB of Caldwell. I'm glad I did! The "car buying experience" was enjoyable, professional, and straight forward from start to finish. I was special ordering a 2018 CLA250, so the vehicle had yet to be built in Germany. Jonathan kept me updated and in the loop each time he received updates on my vehicle, from when it was built, arriving at the port in Germany, setting sail, arriving in Baltimore, and finally arriving at MB of Caldwell. I couldn't be happier. I have had previous unpleasant experiences buying other brand vehicles from other dealerships/sales associates. This by far has been the easiest and most stress-free experience I have had. Now my wife wants a MB as her next vehicle, so I am sure we will be seeing Jonathan soon. More

Best experience with a great dealership! I must say my experience with Richard Viole and Nicholas Pak was beyond my expectations. This is my 4th Mercedes and the Caldwell Mercedes dealer was I must say my experience with Richard Viole and Nicholas Pak was beyond my expectations.
