I was worried the whole way there bc I have had bad experiences with this!. Well i got there and the atmosphere was laid back and the staff was very friendly and welcoming us after our long drive. Prior to making a deal, Stephen [Barragato] took the time to e-mail us almost daily with available cars and numbers. Since we are not local to the dealership, we were grateful for the convenience of reviewing the inventory and proposed deals from the comfort of our couch. When we got to the dealership, it was simply to sign paperwork and drive away. All the negotiating was done ahead of time. From Anna, the receptionist, who greeted us as if we were family, to our exceptional salesman, Stephen, to the other friendly salesmen who stopped-by just to say, "Hi," to Franca and the very informative service staff, to the unflappable business manager, Al, to the very approachable GM, Steve Reedy, everyone we encountered genuinely seemed to love what they do---and value the customer.
