Due to our situation, he had to come in to the city to visit my husband at the office. Unavoidably, he had to wait a long time and was highly patient and professional. Without that extra attention, we might not been able to do the deal. He also made the day we picked up the car seamless. I also would like to draw special attention to the person who taught me the use of the car Eric. I am generally not technically confident. He immediately put me at ease and patiently went through the main features of the car. Then we drove together and he demonstrated the self-drive and other features. He also made me feel comfortable to call at any point to get more explanation (which we did). He even went back and made additional video for us explaining some of the more technical aspects of the car while he sat in an S class and demo'd the maneuvers. For the interpersonal skill and expertise of Eric alone, I would recommend this dealership. We love our car and hope to make another deal in the future. Finally, this was our first Mercedes in many years and I won't go back. More
