It seems they really went out of their way to make me comfortable with my decision and to let me do what was most comfortable for me to do. No high pressure, they just established a very good connection and repertoire. They were both extremely helpful and they made me feel appreciated and not just like "any other customer". It was a genuine pleasure dealing with such professional, courteous staff. Probably the best experience I've ever had buying/leasing a car! More

Your sales and service teams started out as excellent and have only managed to get better over that time span. Have just taken delivery of a new E43, was a six month wait for the factory to build and deliver the vehicle. The sales consultant Richard Viole took the order and despite the long wait always kept me abreast of the situation both actively by calling me and passively when I called. His product knowledge, his friendliness and ease of dealing with made the wait tolerable. The E43 seems to have made it worth while. More

The best MeBe experience Before making this purchase, I had actually gone to several dealers to explore and compare the best options. Mercedes Benz of Caldwell totally blew th Before making this purchase, I had actually gone to several dealers to explore and compare the best options. Mercedes Benz of Caldwell totally blew the other two MeBe dealers out of the water with not only the pricing but the customer service was excellent. Sean McCormack is awesome. He didnt waste my time with trying to pressure me into consider a higher priced vehicle than what I was looking for. He allowed me time to look at several vehicles that I was interested in and rather than telling me the lower priced cars were not great like the other dealers did, he asked which car did I like because that is what is important. Sean is very nice and down to earth. He was extremely patient when USAA wasted hours of his time d/t incompetent staff with NJ laws and made sure everything was taken care of for me. I have always been a BMW driver and Was on the fence of changing to Mercedes, I can tell you that this experience definitely gave me areason not to go back to BMW and most of all, I would return back to Sean and refer my friends and family to him. More
