Great customer service My wife and I went to Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell , we were nicely greeted by the receptionist there . Our sales rep was Jonathan, who was very nice , My wife and I went to Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell , we were nicely greeted by the receptionist there . Our sales rep was Jonathan, who was very nice , friendly and easy to talk to . We bought a pre owned 2017 GLC 300. Jonathan was honest and upfront with us on what he could sell us the car for , He gave us a good deal and was very accommodating on showing us how the car works . Chris did our financing and he was very good and got us a great rate . Overall the experience went very smoothly and with no stress.
