Great customer service! I had recently been in an accident and was looking for a quick replacement for my old C300. Having found a 2012 C300 at MB of Caldwell, I decided to I had recently been in an accident and was looking for a quick replacement for my old C300. Having found a 2012 C300 at MB of Caldwell, I decided to stop in. The first thing both Sales Manager Andrew Franco and Sales Consultant Ron Mangano asked was whether I was alright from the accident, which is more than I can say for any of the other dealerships I visited. Ron is a bit of a gear head and really knows his stuff, he was pleasant to deal with and at times it felt more like just speaking with a friend than engaging in a business transaction. When we were at a stalemate during the bargaining process, Andrew Franco helped me get the deal I wanted and I walked out of there with a beautiful C300. There are plenty of cars out there and plenty of dealerships, but excellent customer service makes all the difference in the world. Thanks Ron and Andrew! More
