Needed new key for older Mercedes I needed a key for a 1999 Mercedes e320. I did not have a spare key. I met with Steven Eilert at the dealership. He assured me that getting a new key I needed a key for a 1999 Mercedes e320. I did not have a spare key. I met with Steven Eilert at the dealership. He assured me that getting a new key/fob would not be a problem. He also gave me some advice on how I should have the car towed. The car was towed up on Friday night and I was driving it home on Saturday afternoon. Steve called me to let me know the work had been completed. He made my stressful situation easier to deal with.
