The transaction went off without a hitch and none of the BS you deal with when buying a car. They just have a very fair price and made sure my parents were in the right car for there needs. Both Giancarlo were informative and no pressure. When it came time for delivery my father wasn’t able to make it into the dealer so they said no problem we can bring it to you. Giancarlo arrived at my parents home and explained everything and answered questions. My parents have called Giancarlos several times with how do you do this or that. He has always been professional and so helpful. We were in for a recall and were waiting for it to be fixed in the lounge. Both MIke and Giancarlo came over to say hello and see how the car is. Always great service at this dealership! My car had to go in for a recall. I had an appointment for 11:00 and was told it wold take an hour and a half.
