Unbelievable Buying Experience I can say enough about Mike Mutter and Giancarlo. They assisted in the purchase and order of a 2019 Mercedes E 300 for my parents. From my first email I can say enough about Mike Mutter and Giancarlo. They assisted in the purchase and order of a 2019 Mercedes E 300 for my parents. From my first email to Mike to visiting the dealership meeting Giancarlo I knew we would be in great hands. The transaction went off without a hitch and none of the BS you deal with when buying a car. They just have a very fair price and made sure my parents were in the right car for there needs. Both Giancarlo were informative and no pressure. When it came time for delivery my father wasn’t able to make it into the dealer so they said no problem we can bring it to you. Giancarlo arrived at my parents home and explained everything and answered questions. My parents have called Giancarlos several times with how do you do this or that. He has always been professional and so helpful. We were in for a recall and were waiting for it to be fixed in the lounge. Both MIke and Giancarlo came over to say hello and see how the car is. Bottom line if you want straight answers and a very fair price in a Mercedes don’t look any place else. This team will make sure you are completely satisfied and no pressure. More
Always great service at this dealership! My car had to go in for a recall. I had an appointment for 11:00 and was told it wold take an hour and a half. I arrived at 10:30, they took my car and directed me to the service desk where the girl took my car right in even though I was early. One hour later I was on my way with a washed car!! More

Jon went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more appreciative and happy. He's cheerful, knowledgable and authentic and has made what is usually a hassle, a stress free experience. The service center is also amazing and I will only bring my car to Franca @ this location. All other dealerships fall short and treat you like a number. At MB of Caldwell, they treat you like family. I've never felt ripped off or taken advantage of, which are typical experiences with dealerships. I will never go anywhere else! More
